AM Practice

Woke up at 5:00 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practice was standard and lasted 100 minutes.

Svadhyaya: Continued with Chapter 3 of “Bhagavad Gita Explained” – “Cultural Activity and Renunciation”.

Dedication: Mantra session dedicated to Mahadeva, doing Tratak (eye concentration) on effigy of Lord Shiva for 10 minutes.

Breath Infusion: 45 minutes breath-of-fire prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Breath infusion emphasis was on the lower trunk and feet. Kundalini was solicited up sushumna twice. Specially the last time it rose forcefully and could be traced up Sushumna Nadi and into the head.

Meditation: 45 minutes with concentration on naad on back of head. Thoughts continue to arise, but less than in the last 2 days, and Naad was used to obliterate them and then the meditation at the back of the head resumed. Tracing Associations: As instructed, before meditation, investigated associations that produce disturbing and/or intruding thoughts, using the principles of kinesiology and the “personal pendulum”. Three persons were isolated, one a business associate, the other a close family member, and a member of this forum the third. Usually the entanglement is due to resentment, fear, or other similar low feelings, which then “allow” that person the power to intervene when you are in naad (in other words, to hold your energy hostage, energy that you need whole and 100%). Isolation or knowing who the subjects are, is only part of the problem, for then a proper procedure must be used to let go of the causing feeling (resentment, fear, etc), and finally test with the pendulum to confirm that the conundrum has been resolved.

Sadhana Planning and Tapasya:

1.  Doing as much prânâyâma as possible. Concentration on holding breath and energy distribution.

2.  Continue raising Kundalini up Sushumna Nadi with the objective of permanently boring sushumna open.

3.  Perfecting Naad meditation.

4.  Diet planning: Sattvic food, timing, amount, and concentration while eating very important.

Dream recall: Two dreams recalled.

===========================

PM Practice consisted in 30/30 minutes breath-of-fire/meditation.

Of the 3 troubled associations identified above using kinesiology, 2 were resolved rather quickly, but the business one remained stubborn and needed several minutes of "tapping for change", it finally passed the pendulum test.

Breath infusion was OK, it followed 140 cycles of Thokar Kriya.
