AM Practice
Practice was good overall and lasted 70 minutes.
Svadhyaya: Started and read from pages 1 through 38 of “The Life of the Buddha” by Bhikku Nanamoli.
Dedication: 10-minute mantra session doing Tratak (eye concentration) on effigy of Lord Shiva using a Maalaa. Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Infusion emphasis was on the lower trunk and then on the feet. The lower trunk infusion like every day when preparing for soliciting Kundalini up Sushumna Nadi, the feet, according to recent comment “The Subtle Body Reconfigured”, is when the infusion go straight into the lower extremities.
Meditation: Consisted of 30 minutes with strict concentration on Naad sound. Naad was very strong coming from the left ear, and was quickly tuned into.
Spiritual State of Mind: Continues to be challenged in the subtle realm by the low quality of dreams. Otherwise, during waking hours, the mind, perhaps as a result of the continuing meditation, is less prone to wandering thoughts and more centered in the spiritual side of things. There is 100%, total, fasting from news, TV or Internet. .
Dream recall: Several dreams recalled. I slept for 9 hours and the whole night was a dream marathon, all of which were recalled clearly, one of which, at least, had the characteristic of lucidity, since I knew I was dreaming (before awakening in the middle of the night). In one of the dreams, the Acharya Beloved appeared (4th time this happens to me since I met him). Another dream consisted of committing, together with a band, a robbery of famous art paintings in the country of Germany. The ability to recall all dreams clearly could have been caused by the amount of bhastrika prânâyâma done yesterday, a total of 45 minutes in the morning + 30 minutes in the late afternoon, merely 2 hours before bed time. This apparently energized the subtle body.

Please give a summary about what you are reading of Buddha's life as you proceed through Namamoli's book.
Few people know the details of what Buddha actually did and due to that ignorance they compare themselves with him.
You could clear some of that up.

PM Practice
Practice was good. It consisted of 60 minutes.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma. Kundalini was solicited once successfully. Meditation followed.
Question: There is a question posed in “Kundalini Changed Habits” about this.
Meditation: 30 minutes meditation on the back of the head in shavasana (cadaver position = reclining). Most of the meditation consisted of concentration on Naad sound.
