ॐ नमः शिवाय
AM Practice.
Svadhyaya: Started review/study of Chapter 14 of “Uddhava Gita Explained” – “The Chief Cause of Devotion”. There is a great explanation of the objectives, and then limits, of Karma Yoga, and the importance of transcending one’s cultural body.
Dedication: Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Breath Infusion: 40 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma. Continued concentration on the blockage on the small-of-the-back.
Meditation: Having read Michael’s Naad practice yesterday, I latched right away onto the Naad sound that was coming at a higher pitch from the left ear. At first with effort (Dharana), later on lead by it (Dhyana). The sound was at first a “uhhhhh’, then morphed into chanting, like monks’ chanting, and finally there was a roar that increased. It was at this time that I almost entered the “phase” (BTW, this is one of the techniques that psychics use to have OBEs, they call it “listening to noises”). Years ago, while following Hariharananda’s “shortest breath” instruction and hearing what he called “Divine sound” I had left the body and stuck to the ceiling watching myself in trance, but later on I lost this ability. I assume it is in these trances in the “phase” perhaps where Srila Yogesh and Tibeti, instruct Michael. I understand that the Naad meditation is vast and deep, and a great promise to the yogi.
Dream recall: Good dream recall again.
PM Practice: Bursts of Bhastrika prânâyâma followed by mini-meditations while working on several spiritual projects.

Hey Alfredo,
Based on what I have read in your daily practice reports, your practice has picked up immensely.
Since you were doing other practices as well, did your results pick up speed once you started implementing Michael's instructions and fire breath?

Hello Carlos!
Thanks for the nice feedback.
After latching onto Michael's teachings 3-4 months ago or so, my yoga practice, as you hinted, started picking up.
All of a sudden, I had a health problem setback 2 months ago.
Thus I had to wait, but eagerly, as I wanted to resume the practice that promised so much at first.
This I resumed a few days ago, and although about 70% back (I have wound on right foot sole now closing), I luckily have some time in my hands to practice.
I met Michael through LinkedIn. It took me about 3 days to know he was of the left field. A couple of weeks to know he is Yogiraj (he may deny this now, and say I am exalted, ha, ha, but it is the truth).
So, I just entered the caboose of the train surreptitiously.
And yes...the meager results are indeed due to Michael's instructions and fire breath, plus studying several of his books, specially the "Anu Gita Explained" and "Uddhava Gita Explained". I selected these 2 at first because I was already somehow familiar with the Bhagavad Gita. I cannot recommend enough the deep study of these 2 books! They are unique!
Besides, I am a plagiarist of the first water, and have no qualms in copying his videos, ha, ha.
Former practices were sometimes productive, but stagnated, mostly because of my shortcomings.
Best wishes to you!

Carlos Palacios’ Comment:
LOL It took me 4 years to know he was on any field at all and to take him seriously and finally get him a plane ticket to wonderful Laredo, Texas!
In all honesty I had never heard of Krishna until I met Salif (Surya). For years Surya would try to persuade me to read Michael's Gitas but I'd never do it because I couldn't pronounce the names and I had never heard of this religion/philosophy/Kriya Yoga/ etc...I was more into magic and mysticism during that time.
At one point I decided to get past the fact that I couldn't pronounce the names, and I read the Bhagavad Gita with Michael's commentary and WOW! I've converted ever since! Sadly, I don't practice as much as I should, even though I have seen results when I do, but I'm sure the day will come when Providence will focus on me and fix all of my social obligations so that I can just practice. ;) jk
Anyhow, thanks for answering my questions!
