AM Practice
Woke up at 5:00 AM (Brahma-muhurta). Quality of practice was good. It consisted of 95 minutes in a motel room with the air conditioning off and the window open.
Svadhyaya: Continued with “Meditation Pictorial”, started Chapter 12 “Mystic Inside”.
Dedication: Practice dedicated to Lord Krishna after 5-minute mantra incantation and prayer.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma in various asanas. Kundalini was solicited after approximately 15 minutes of practice, and it literally exploded up the sushumna producing a forceful gold out. Head was filled with golden light. Kundalini was again solicited at the end of the session and acquiesced less forcefully with a white out. Head was filled with white light. Meditation followed immediately.
Meditation: 60 minutes meditation on the back of the head in shavasana (cadaver position = reclining). The concentration and the core self were taken slowly from the front of the head, to the top of it, to the back of the head, and finally to the lower back of the head where the struggle for stabilization ensued. Naad sound was stronger than normal, but later attention was taken by the 3rd eye that started to get activated or acting up towards the end of the practice. There several visions which appeared, the clearest one like a screen of a TV or movie theater was a section of the Sri Aurobindo ashram that I have visited several times in India, near the Samadhi area.
Dream recall: 2 dreams recalled clearly. They were of social and family import.

PM Practice
Practice continued at home was standard overall and lasted 30 minutes.
Svadhyaya: Returned to the “Yoga Sutras of Patanjali”, Chapter 1 “Samadhi Pada”.
Breath Infusion: Consisted of a 15-minute Bhastrika prânâyâma practice. Kundalini was successfully solicited and raised up sushumna once at the end of the practice. I am still at that level where I am getting comfortable with the ability to raise the Kundalini on command, and entering into the study of what Michael pointed out last Friday about going above and beyond that.
Meditation: Consisted of 15 minutes with concentration on the back of the head. Naad sound was audible, mostly coming from the left ear in a vortex. I tuned into it with effort most of the time. I conducted the meditation seated erect, propped up against a wall.
