नमः शिवाय

AM Practice

Practice was standard and lasted over one hour.

Svadhyaya: Continued with Chapter 3 of “Bhagavad Gita Explained” – “Cultural Activity and Renunciation”, and other books of the same author.

Dedication: Mantra session dedicated to Mahadeva, doing Tratak (eye concentration) on effigy of Lord Shiva using a Mala for 5 minutes.

Breath Infusion: Approximately 40 minutes breath-of-fire prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Kundalini was solicited up sushumna twice successfully. Blackouts are averted nowadays by experience and use of locks.

Meditation: 30 minutes with concentration on naad on back of head.

Sadhana and Tapasya Planning for the Day:

1.    Thokar Kriya in between breath-of-fire sessions.

2.    As little interaction with others as possible.

3.    Eat as little as possible, juicing + flaxseed oil/cottage cheese.

4.    Long study session.

5.    Sunbath yes today although it is cool outside.

Dream recall: 2 dreams recalled.

MiBeloved's Response:

This is why it is important to master kundalini now, otherwise no matter what one says or does, it will do this in the hereafter when one leaves the body and one will just become unconscious there.

If God or guru is not helping here it is illogical to think that suddenly at death they will award someone with the ability to regulate kundalini's ascent.

Thank you!

PM Practice was challenged twice by Prakriti in the form of relatives' phone call and wife's car trouble. I finally managed 61 cycles of Thokar Kriya, plus 20/20 breath-of-fire/Naad meditation.
