AM Practice

Woke up at 4:00 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practice was good and lasted over one hour.

Svadhyaya: Continued study of several spiritual books by the same author.

Breath Infusion: 45 minutes breath-of-fire prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Kundalini was solicited up sushumna thrice.

Meditation: 30 minutes with concentration on naad on back of head. Naad was low again compared to the PM practice, but enough for concentrating on it. Thoughts, especially of things planned for the day to come, continued to interfere in the meditation, as I had to struggle to bring the concentration back to Naad.

Sadhana and Tapasya Planning for the Day:

1.  Thokar Kriya in between breath-of-fire sessions.

2.  As little interaction with others as possible.

3.  Eat as little as possible, juicing + flaxseed oil/cottage cheese shake with fruit and home-made almond milk.

4.  Long study session.

5.  Sunbath and solar gazing.

Dream recall: 1 long dream recalled, it was set on Lord Krishna and his teachings in the Bhagavad Gita, most likely the result of having entertained that topic, either by reading or contemplation, most of the day, including right before sleep.

Dreams of Bhagavad Gita are auspicious.

In such cases it is best to keep on dreaming and never to wake up again.

Today's practice accomplished most objectives. I could manage a few rounds of Thokar Kriya. Study was continuous.

In the PM, 30/30 minutes of breath-of-fire infusion, and Naad meditation. Naad was very strong as is usual by now in PM sessions. It requires much less concentration as the sound leads the meditation for good periods of time.
