For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

Woke up early for yoga practice (Brahma-Muhurta).
It is true that the Kundalini can be perceived as it goes up the spine and, entering the head, enervates the brahmarandra. The head fills with white light that is perceived by the inner eye and there is a filling sense.
The pranayama session is required duty, but the meditation that follows is joy.
It is joyful because of several reasons, the main one is adherence to Naad. As we sometimes take refuge in sleep when feeling weary or worried, we take refuge in Naad during meditation, thus time passes without being noticed. For me, only when this occurs, is the meditation joyful. Besides, it is also joyful because of using the mind - with the laser of Samyama - as an investigative tool. If, during this process, the mind strays away, then re-calibration with Naad at the back of the head is essential. Meditation should be conducted for an hour or more after pranayama.
