For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
Jai Shri Krishna
Om Swami Hariharanandaya Namah
Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
Woke up early as usual (Brahma-Muhurta).
I was able to conduct a strong pranayama practice with the inclusion of a new asana. Today Kundalini rose up rather strongly, the first time hurling me to the floor. The head filled with light and the objects in the room were lit as well.
During the breath infusion, the presence of holly Swami Hariharananda was keenly felt. Since this has not happened for a while even though I propitiate his memory with a mantra every time before practice, I felt the presence right away. There are those who will say or think that this is pure imagination, and perhaps it is, but one thing is that in this yoga, with its emphasis on psychic and subtle-body perception, this type of experience is not far-fetched.
Meditation lasted approximately one hour, the first half while in siddhasana, I conducted a Kriya that Swami Hariharananda Guruji taught us called "Udana Air Kriya". It is quite powerful and its effect is to quiet down the vrittis of the Buddhi organ, so it falls within the provinces of Buddhi Yoga. It goes like this: with deep concentration, air barely enters the nostrils, up the nose curves and touches the pituitary gland in the middle of the head, then up to die or dissipate in the sahasrara, where an oblation is expressed to the name of God, Almighty Father, as "You, you". This is continuously done for as long as one wants, the air never returning from sahasrara, the air movement always going from nostrils and up, the strength of the inhalation decreasing accordingly until the movement of air is barely perceptible.

MiBeloved's Response:
Kundalini is depicted in various ways in the Vedic literature but more frequently it is depicted as a goddess. So if you are fighting with a supernatural woman and she throws you to the ground, how should we assess that?
First of all people look down on a man who picks a quarrel with a woman, what to speak of lifting fists to a woman. And what will people think of a man who is thrown to the ground in a fit of light while fighting a goddess-woman.
At least the lady did not give you a bloody nose. But the next time you get into the ring with the goddess be careful because there is no telling what she will do.
