Om Yogipadaji  Yogi  Madhvacharya  Namaha!

Bhastrika session

12:28 am to 1:28 am

During the breath infusion intake, I felt the energy moving throughout the system in a relatively short time, but it was mostly experienced in the heart area and the area just below the right nside of the left shoulder.

Though the energy had risen it was not overpowering due to my applying the locks, the action should readily curtailed the energy, which may cause one to be disoriented possibly concluding in the loss of conscious awareness, if the lock's are not properly applied.

While internally gazing at the ajna chakra, there seems to be more reddish energy than usually perceived, while the rest of the mind space is filled with a twilighted bluish energy.

I did notice though that the overall space was not as dark as it is normally perceived to be, I wonder what causes the transformation from its regular state to the one I had perceived in today's session.

My meditation session was not as long as usual. 2:00 am to 2:30 am.

Instead of doing the usual practice, I did a mantra-kriya procedure.

This procedure was given to His Divine Grace Yogi Madhvacharya by Lord Shiva on April 6th, 1998.

It can be found in one of the earlier books written by Yogi Madhvacharya the name of the book is Yoga Notations.

I don't know if there are anymore copies of it, but I have a copy and I'am willing to make copies for anyone who may be interested in having it.

The procedure is used for focusing on the subtle circuitry of the right brain and the left nerve of the psychological body, which is also known as the subtle body, and then switch to the left half of the buddhi organ and the right-sided nadi tubes.

This can be found on page nine of one of the Yogi's book's of name Yoga Notations, these note's are full of all kinds of informational treat's for those who have a gnawing  hunger for this uniquely sublime information.

There was a feeling of calmness while doing this procedure, one chants the Om Namaha Shivaya mantra, while simultaneously meditating on the other side.

as well as the right-sided nadi tubes.
