For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

Jai Shri Krishna

Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah

Woke up at 4 AM (Brahma-Muhurta) for yoga practice.

During the 45-minute practice of Kapalbhati/Bhastrika pranayama, the presence of Srila Yogeshwarananda was keenly felt, much as if he was inspecting the practice, which was then a joy to perform as a result of this feeling. Kundalini was easily aroused several times.

Meditation followed for one hour. The first half, as it is now customary for me for the last few days, consisted of strict Samyama on Naad at the back of the head. The second half consisted of a continuation of a meditation I started last night before going to sleep for about half hour also on Kshana. This is based on the following verse from Patanjali Yoga Sutras:

क्शणतत्क्रमयोः संयमादविवेकजं ज्ञानमः५३

kśaatatkramayo sayamādavivekaja jñānam .. 53..

"By Samyama on a moment (Kshana, a point of time with its successive and incessant flow from past to present and then to future) one attains discriminative knowledge".

This meditation was also inspired by Srila Yogeshwarananda Maharaj.

For a yogi, any yogi, to advance in yoga, he/she must know the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali like the palm of his/her hand.
