For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
Jai Shri Krishna
Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
Woke up at 3 AM as usual (Brahma-Muhurta).
Conducted a thorough Kapalbhati pranayama session in different asanas for about 45 minutes. Emphasis was effected on the thighs and on exercises designed to raise the seminal fluid (Urdhva-retas) that otherwise accumulates in the groin area.
Kundalini was solicited thrice successfully. Twice the head was inundated with bright white light.
Meditation followed for approximately 1/2 hour. After tuning to Naad in the back of the head - which was strong as usual - Samyama was effected on Muladhara Chakra, bringing a vision of the 4 petals, which is the signature of this chakra. This vision was seen in the area of the 3rd eye, not as a full opening, but as 4 oval vortexes of white light energy revolving around a common center.

Penetration of insight into muladhara chakra is a basic requirement for success in yoga practice. All too often students get wrapped up in what is happening in the head and neglect to gut out and spread light into muladhara chakra.
It is in your interest to stick with this thoroughly.
