Lesson 12 with MiBeloved.

 

Morning practice of asana and bhastrika for 45 mins. 

 

Meditation was good, able to quiet the mind, absorbed by naad in comfortable inner darkness.

 

Lesson on the bhandas.

 

Evening practice 8pm 20 mins of asana and bhastrika.
