तीव्रसंवेगानामआसन्नः ॥२१॥ = tīvrasaṃvegānāmāsannaḥ
For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
Jai Shri Krishna
Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
The movement of the Kundalini up Sushumna Nadi continue unabated. I can trace it specially as it is partially stopped by the lumbar granthi (knot), and then as it goes up through the spine and into the head. This morning, again, it was forceful enough that I had to let it escape to prevent a blackout. I ascribe these experiences to the subtle cleansing of the nadis, and the collected energy of urdhvaretas.
Meditation was OK, with Naad very strong.
There is an ongoing supplication and prayer to the Mother for guidance and help with certain aspect of Karma Yoga. This Karma Yoga is for the Karma part, as the yoga part already conforms to Patanjala'a Ashtanga Yoga. On the Karma front, the prayer ask for guidance as I have recently developed certain skills on the healing front, and prepare myself to place these skills at the feet of others for free (it is critical for me that this is done without profit), and I know this will tax my time and income, but it is already decided and I only need the guidance as to how to go about doing it. The Mother I am referring here, Mataji, is specifically Her recent Avataric incarnation as Mirra Alfassa, Maheshwari, Anandamayi, also known as the Mother of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, next to whose Samadhi (place of rest of physical body) I have prayed so many times in Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, India. See her picture as a young girl here:
Dream Recall: I am able to recall dreams daily and often several of them. Many are mundane and a few are spiritual, sometimes, like last night, yoga practice is taken in the dream, but also, as last night, there was another dream with sexual inclination that could be called a breach of celibacy. Although there was no emission of semen, the subtle body was on the prowl, and given the proper conditions, would have fallen hard. That is a sobering dream, for it reminds me of how much ground must be won before this subtle part is controlled. On the physical side is a little easier, for I can say now, like Eleanor Roosevelt once said to her daughter Anna about her married life, which agrees with my active time as a Grihasta, that "intercourse was an ordeal to be borne". See a pic of Eleanor Roosevelt here:

MiBeloved's Response:
After some years of practice, constantly causing kundalini to penetrate the lumbar block, that passage will remain open continuously. Keep hammering away at it.
Take a hint from a professional plumber, who never leaves his truck without a very powerful auger which goes through the plumbing drain and batters anything which causes blockage.
