तीव्रसंवेगानामआसन्नः ॥२१॥ = tīvrasaṃvegānāmāsannaḥ
For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
Jai Shri Krishna
Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
Practice this morning was highlighted by the strong movements of the Kundalini.
I sustained 2 intense white outs. This occurs when Kundalini hits Brahmarandra (fontanel). The whole head is filled with an intense, lightning-like, mirror-quality, white light. The sense of "I" is temporarily disabled, and a blissful feeling pervades the whole being. Can this be prolonged? Can one live in this state for long? Is this experience addictive?
I have noticed recently that these experiences seem to bring a collected state of calmness during the day.
Meditation followed right after the white outs.
Naad was blaring all over inside the head, with a higher pitch node coming from the left ear.

MiBeloved's Response:
Sense of “I” in the material world is based on the individual spirit’s turning to material nature and focusing on it. This turning causes the immediately creation of a sense of identity around that specific spiritual self.
When the core-self loses contact with that sense of identity, which is an energy which surrounds it, then it loses the sense of I.
So this does not mean that the "I" is lost but it means that the objective understanding of itself is lost. It has then only subjective understanding of itself which is like no understanding at all.
Sat feature in the term sat-chit-ananda means that the subjective feature is on. Chit feature of it means that the objective feature is on. Ananda feature means that the bliss feature of it is on.
As soon as the chit feature is not being used, then there is no objective understanding of the self and people wrongly concluded that the self has merged into the absolute, and became one with it.
What really happened is that the self lost the chit feature and thus cannot discern itself or anything else. It may however have some residual minimal chit feature even in that state. This will permit it to experience the ananda bliss feature and to have some recall of that experience.

Thanks, nice explanation...at least this time I did not think I merged into something or became one with anything.
