Last evenings practice was good and strong. The last practice of the day always is.
The body is very ready and excited to do it.
The mind focused and clear.
The asana a lot easier, more advanced, the body feels lighter at this time.
Im enjoying going from standing, arms straight up, going back into a full back bend, then coming back up into standing and all the way forward hands to the floor in a forward bend and back and forth like this with breathing.
This full range of movement is really good for accumulated back tensions im still working out.
I prefer to do the evening practice around 6 or 6:30p.

This morning after salutations to guardians, gods and teachers, i did a 40 min practice.
I notice acutely now that when kundalini rises, naad sound becomes loud and if my eyes are open my vision becomes extremely refined and vibrational, at some point eyes feel forced closed and the inner visions are sparkly and vaguely colorful.
Then meditation.
As soon as i sat and went into my head, the little tiny perfect me was like there waiting, seeming like she had an attitude that she had been waiting, and was ready to get started with a tour of the inner body immediately.
It was her idea that my 'sense of self' hadn't been aware of. She's very very tiny.
She wears something similar to this.
This is how she first appeared to me, but blond of course.
Her ethereal outfit never changes.
It's functional and she can move freely throughout the bodies, but yet very ornate and beautiful.
I don't know why it matters i include this, maybe just because in my mundane life i've always been a bit of a fashionista and i find this amusing! HAHA!! anyway....
She immediately descended gracefully down down into my tips of toes, toenails and feet and showed me how to truly position them for the most comfort and best results during meditation time.
She explored the subtle bone structure, spaces in between the toes, through the arches and heels and then up into the ankles.
When she got to the ankles I received very clear instruction that there are a couple things in my diet that need to do or be minimized.
Cheese.
I have been eating small amounts of cheese after being vegan for a long time and I was instructed to eat even smaller amounts.
I was instructed that the only milk intake should be from guaranteed FREE RANGE source and only skim.
The skim instruction having something to do with my body being female.
A friend uses organic half and half and it makes its way into my food sometimes and I was instructed to NOT do this any longer or it will have a very negative effect on my lower legs specifically.
Then up through the legs, spending some time doing some refreshing work in the femurs and hips.
Then traveled through the internal organs, examining each of them from the inside out, sex organ, uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries, she seemed to communicate somethings to my egg cells...then into intestines, kidneys, spleen, into the liver, each chamber of the heart, each muscle contracting of heart, monitoring the subtle blood flow and into the vaporous lung sacks.
At times it was as if she had an unearthly needle and thread like tool thing and was making repairs at various places in the body..very focused and skilled.
Then back into the head where she explored and identified the components of mind and then finally sat down, facing backward and settled into naad for the duration of a nice meditation. Satisfied with her work.
Awhile in, was felt the presence of someone/thing stimulating my right shoulder. Like poking me.
My sense of self seemed absent, i felt attuned to only her intelligence.
I will try and stay this way throughout the day. My sense of self seems ignorant and dull in comparison.
This week, due to not being able to do my 4am practice outdoors, I've started an additional 7:30am practice done on the grounds of my church center. It is light, safe and solitary.
This has been really nice because I've missed the fresh morning air and it's needed for progress.
