तीव्रसंवेगानामआसन्नः ॥२१॥ = tīvrasaṃvegānāmāsannaḥ
For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
Jai Shri Krishna
Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
Woke up at 3 AM (nowadays I wake up sometime between 2 AM and 4 AM). This is sacred time: Brahma Muhurta.
After mantra and incantations, at the moment of starting the pranayama, it was obvious that today was a special day, probably due to a propitious alignment of sun and moon, resulting in equally open and clear nostrils, leading the way to a very strong breath infusion practice. In addition, the presence of Indra was strongly felt, as it was raining outside, with a welcomed cooling effect.
Pranayama is panacea, a practice coming from the enlightened ones. During the last asanas, designed to lift Kundalini up Sushumna Nadi, twice the head was inundated with bright yellow light, and I averted a blackout by the practice of letting Kundalini escape in time. These asanas are similar to those used by Arjuna during his sojourn in the Himalayas, for good purposes, and perhaps also by the asura Hiranyakashipu, for not so good purposes.
Meditation was good. Nowadays, after months of Naad focus, I fall into Naad absorption right away without failing. This is an encouraging development, for whatever distraction occurs, and they do, taking refuge in Naad is the solution. Towards the last part of the meditation, the 3rd eye area was active with blue light, but the 3rd eye did not open.
