Regarding the women that I have seen in the pornographic movies, are those sexual energies in my psyche as well? All those hours of watching the female porn stars having varieties of intercourses. Should I track them down as well? I know I have to roam around in the lower dimensions to locate them and that obviously be subjected to more sexual attacks. What do you suggest?

Any exposure of anyone, even saintly people to pornographic literature or video, will automatically carry residual energies which will remain in the psyche to be settled at a later day. There is no way around. Chanting holy names, doing yoga austerities and anything else does not get rid of this.
Those religious or austere procedure may help one to confront these issues head on or to realize how powerful they are and allow one to gage what sort of austerity a person has to do absolve this, but it want get rid of this.
When I was in the Hare Krishna Movement, they used to like to laugh at yogi known as Saubhari. He was a master at pranayama and used to meditate for days on end at the bottom of a lake. He suffered from a breach in celibate vows when he saw some fishes having sex. Therefore he was forced to give up his practice and resume social life. It is said that he married some 50 or so women from a royal family. You can just imagine who he was, such a great yogi and he got that busy with sex. So in the Hare Krishna Movement they like to ridicule yoga and yogis, and they used him as an example of yoga failure.
However in the lineage of the same Hare Krishna society, a person name Upabarhan was once an angelic songster and musician. Somehow or the other, he got to be an angelic play body. He was not practicing yoga at the time but he was practicing in the Hare Krishna worship system and still he fell down with angelic girls and was cursed to take birth on the earth and then later he became known as Narada, one of the greatest devotee-yogis of all time.
The point is that sex indulgence does not care about your religion or austerity or whatever. It is very powerful and impulsive. Thus it makes sense to stop and study its effects on oneself.
In dealing with the residual energy from seeing sex in videos, I do not recommend that anyone go to lower dimensions to settle this. That is crazy because when one goes to a lower dimension, one has about an 80% chance of becoming influenced by lower vibrations and that will simply aggravate the problem.
The best thing to do is to strive to go higher and then from a higher position send energy to those persons in such a way as to terminate the connection between yourself and the said persons.
There is another thing which happens but this cannot be planned. This happens spontaneously.
Sometimes if one does kundalini yoga using breath-of-fire or other types of pranayama, one finds that one’s subtle body gets supercharged and it switches to a higher dimension. Then sometimes energy will come out the subtle body. This energy is coolish and it carries with it a sexual force but not a genital sexual force. It is more like a love force without sexual connotations. Sometimes when this happens angelic women will show up as if they are coming from nowhere, and they will collect that energy from your aura and rub it all over their astral forms. These angelic beings get a sexual charge from this but it is not a genital sexual charge. This same energy if you ever detect it and be sent down to lower dimensions where you have unfinished sexual business then it will help to cancel out some of those sexual concerns.
