Physical Body / Sexual Detachment

Yogi Bhajan gave an inside subtle body kriya. This is part of the process of disengaging from the sexual force in the physical body. There is sexual force in the physical body and in the subtle body. These combine and make for a formidable power which is irresistible.
This kriya is an attempt to split off the unity of the physical sexual force and the subtle sexual force, so that the subtle force is not unified into the physical one. At some point a yogi has to shift his or her focus to the subtle plane, so that the physical reality does not have such a big impact in consciousness. When this was attempted, the sexual content of the subtle and gross bodies remained stubbornly linked. Special practices are used to split these, so that the subtle becomes separated and isolated.
The presence of physical body implies that there was a need in the subtle form for a physical compliment. There is no way around that admittance. If I have a physical body, then it means that my subtle body, which pre-existed that physical existence, had a need to be in a physical system.
Thus some effort will have to be made because the physical body is a natural and compulsive requirement. Whatever is natural can only be changed by endeavor. If nature has it a certain way, changes come about by special endeavor, and that is if nature responds in the required way.
In this kriya what happens is that the person sits in an easy pose, preferably a half or partial lotus posture, or in a couch or chair with the spine erect and supported in whatever way it requires.
Then the meditator contracts the subtle body so that it fits within the physical body and sits on the inner sexual area. One remains sitting there for about 15 minutes. Continuous meditation in this way for say about 3 months causes a new idea about the sex which is that the physical system is different to the subtle body system. When this body dies, what will happen?
Will I be satisfied with just a subtle body, with my bare psychology, without an encasement in something physical?
Do I feel that sex is a physical requirement mostly, that its physical fulfillment is a must?
Is it possible to be satisfied with subtle body activities only, leaving aside the physical fulfillments?

So if I practice this exercise, I'll have less chances of needing a physical body in my next life?

You will if you simultaneously develop changes in the subtle body whereby it does not feel a need to have a complimentary physical form.
As it is, as nature has it, the subtle body feels that it must have a complimentary physical form. Hence so long as such a tendency is current, you will have to take another physical body.
