Occupied on the Astral Side

My astral perception has increased slightly due to the time of day when I do my daily pranayma session, now that I am scheduled to work evenings till 12:00 am. I do my sessions anytime between 12:40 to 1:15 am before I retire to bed. So yesterday morning, I was awaken by my daughter after only 6 hours sleep, I walked downstairs with her to prepare breakfast then decided to lay down on the hardwood floor to catch some more sleep while she ate. After about 20 minutes of lying on the left side of my body, it became increasingly uncomfortable to stay still then suddenly the uneasy feeling went away. I was behind the kitchen counter of my apartment setting the time on a digital alarm clock that I just plugged into a wall outlet. My wife was on the opposite side of the counter while I was fiddling with the clock. My attention was diverted behind me momentarily when I looked back there was no display on the clock and my wife was no longer present. Annoyed that she unplugged the clock, I ran upstairs to bitch at her. When I walked into our upstairs bathroom, it was her mother. I excused myself and ran back downstairs to find her. To my surprise there were several people whom I did not recognize in my downstairs living area (where my physical body lay). I was perplexed for a few moments then it hit me. “Oh Shit!” I’m in the astral side of the apartment so I relaxed and stood there to watch as several entities passed thru for what seemed to be about 15 minutes. One entity did stop to speak to me but I don’t recall what she was trying to say. Then suddenly I heard my daughter calling from the physical side “daddy, daddy!” My astral form was immediately pulled back into the physical one where that uncomfortable feeling returned. Whoa!

A very clear astral projection experience.
When this happens with regularity, one develops confidence in knowing that one will survive the death of the physical form. Of course that confidence does not mean that one has mastered the existences, but it is a start.
Seems that your relatives or the relatives of your spouse or both, hang out at your place on the astral side.
