Nothingness Trance State

Practice this morning was good but I cannot give a clear account of the meditation portion of the session. This is due to the subtlety of the experiences. After I was in a tight lotus for about 30 minutes, I uncoiled the feet and stretched them out but remained sitting with the lower back braced. I decided to continue the meditation and readily went back into a trance state which now in retrospect flickered between hearing and leaning on naad sound in the right back part of the subtle head, and then drifting off into nothingness, which really means losing objectivity and not being in an existentially observational location.

Then after some 30 minutes again, I came to being aware of my material body of which the head was bent down as the neck stopped supporting it.

I was aware then that the tongue was pushed against the back of the lower teeth and instinctively when I pulled the tongue back, there was a sharp pain, because the tongue had squeezed a part of itself between two front teeth and was pinched when it was extracted.

During the breath infusion session which I did immediately before this meditation, I had success since during the first 15 minutes, there was infused energy build up in various parts of the trunks of the subtle body, even in the arms and hands, even in the thighs, legs and feet. I targeted the mass of small intestines and the organs which are in the chest region, to infuse these with breath energy using bhastrika pranayama in various postures.

At one point there was a flash in the groin area and light spread in all direction from that place.
