Notes from Krypamayada's video on quantum computers

Follows a brain twister:

Silicone has no nucleus spin in its pure form, therefore no spin relative to earth's magnetic field.

A quantum superposition implies that in a 2 pins system you can work with 4 coefficients.

In the classical model a bit is just data of either 0 or 1. But in quantum you can be both 0 and 1 simultaneously! What mind fuck.

Now, 2 bits or two position vs  4 bits, or 2 qbits in quantum.

Further illustration is 2³  is 8 or 2x2x2. Here comes the kicker: at 2 exp 300 classic bits, you have as many particles as there are in the universe.

Conclusion: quatum superposition may not be optimum as opposed to the classical computing depending on characteristics of the operations.
