New Destination Markers - The Notebook

In the last few days my dream recall has been significantly reduced. I've noticed in the past that it comes in cycles some cycles having high dream recall and others having low. I've learned to expect this so my confidence that I can keep having them remains intact. The last three mornings I've had lucid experiences, but I have only been able to remember small glimpses of events until this morning. The following it's what I remember to the best of my recollection.
Experience #589 from today May 16, 2012 called," three new time boxes with events". I find myself investigating and trying to understand the meaning of my dream. It felt like it was a very long lucid dream that I unfortunately do not remember many of the details. At one point I feel myself in the bed thinking to myself about the 12 noon marker. I say to myself 12 noon, and then suddenly I feel the sensation that things are moving around me. I open my eyes and since I was lying down face up in my bed I saw the ceiling of my bedroom. I saw three distinctive squares embedded in the ceiling that inside had time signatures like image below.
The father most square to the right had the time signature of 2 PM – 5:00 PM. The square in the middle had the time signature of 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM and the one on the left at the time signature of 7:30 PM.
There was something written below each one but I can only remember the one on the left. As I am looking at this I am trying to figure the correct time. I intuited the middle time box to be the present time and correct market to travel to. I concentrated on that particular time, and then suddenly I find myself appearing inside of a bus. I looked at the bus driver and all the details of this particular reality were so vivid. I recognize the next stop as the one I need to get off and then my memory fades.
At another point I have another vivid memory of someone handing me a notebook. I knew it was my notebook because I recognized the handwriting and some of the scribbles that I had written. They appeared to be short messages the size of paragraphs that I had written in my travels in the astral realms. I do not remember any details but they were clear statements about things that had occurred.
Thoughts
Thinking back, it does not surprise me I would do such a thing being concerned about remembering my experiences. I've noticed that in the astral realms everything makes so much sense when you're there, but as you return memories will quickly fade away. It must have occurred to me that if I write in the astral realms the information will permanently stay there even if I temporarily forget when returning to my physical body. I had seen a notebook in other astral experiences several times, but this is the first time I see it so vividly and recognize so clearly as my own. It is encouraging to think that this notebook could become accessible to me at one point.
The square to the left underneath the 7:30 PM time signature said “kissed that girl”. To me this appears to be a self-message of sorts to carry out upon returning to that time signature.
The three new time signatures similar to the 12 noon time signature are no doubt astral travel destinations to find specific events. It is possible that while in the other dimensions I made it as easy as possible for me to keep track of my destinations and created “markers” for them. The seemingly powerful being that approached me the first time to tell me about the 12 noon marker must have known it was going to trigger a cascading effect. I will have to see where it leads.

This is a result of association, either physical social association or astral type or both. It is the single cause of this. If you associate with low energy persons then your psychic energy level will sink. But this is normal since in this world, one has to associate with others from time to time.
Regarding the rest of the experiences, one thing you might begin working on is to stop the habit of trying to find some special meaning in the astral encounters, or some way to correlate them.
If you can drop that and just see the astral world as a place which has its own history which may or may not correspond to what is physical.
Even in cases where there is a correspondence, still the astral is the astral and the way it operates there is not the way it will operate here.
Those astral world experiences are part of the history of those specific planes of existence, just as say cave men were here about 200,000 years ago. They were part of this history. It is not that that was symbolic or anything like that.
It is just a happening in the flow of time in this zone. In the astral there is also time flow. When you enter one of those dimensions you become part of the history there, just as being born as an infant here on earth, one becomes part of the history of this place.
Can you imagine what it would be like if someone who is on the astral side with no physical body, were to suddenly become aware of my body and then begin to ask what was the meaning of it or what it symbolized. What sort of inquiry would that be? Instead the person should understand that they entered a history.
In this life for instance, I took a black body from some people in Guyana in South American, so what is the symbolism of that?
What?
No it is just that I entered that history and by doing so, willing or not, I was in the flow of the history of that family. That was it. Leave the matter there. Don’t try to squeeze meaning out of everything like that. This is not a good habit and it restricts your spiritual development.
So you have taken this body and now you found us. Okay, so now make some spiritual progression in real terms. Shed off all those trivial astral encounters with people who have no spiritual bearing and who just want to mess around in the astral with petty activities.

I see your point. When I think and talk about the meaning or the symbolism of my experiences I do so with the intent to learn from them. Sometimes there's nothing to learn. To me there is not one single meaning to things or there might not be one; at the same time I intuitively feel it would be a disservice to me not to use my reasoning faculty. As to why we have our life, well why not ponder about it?

These encounters can also be viewed as a way to help me finish my inner issues in preparation for another stage in my spiritual evolution. I will have time to sort it out and decide what is best for me. Thanks for the thoughts.
