Neglected Nadis

One group of nadis which are usually neglected by students is the ones which correspond to the rib cage. As tradition would have, and now even more with the chakras meditation craze in the West, students feel that their objective is the sushumna central passage and the various chakras which are on the spine and in the head.

Getting diagrams with Sanskrit markings which they cannot read, many Western students of yoga, sit to meditate, after seeing images of Buddha or another mahayogin. They imagine themselves as Buddhas meditating on chakras and opening chakras.

Most of this is just plain illusion because one cannot open chakras unless one can penetrate into the subtle body where these chakras are located.

Still people are making the effort.

Here I wish to bring to your attention that there are certain hard to reach nadis. One set of these are the ones in the rib cage. This morning I was able to target these. Even a yogi of worth has difficulty operating these nadis which are the subtle parallels of the bones which comprise the rib cage.

Penetrating these nadis and making the infused energy pass through them brings on in the chest area a bliss energy which sparkles and glows noticeably.
