The notion to prove that there is a spirit which will survive the physical body is a misplaced one, when such proof is presented to people who are not ready for it, who are not interested in anything besides material existence.

Who is hiding the truth about existence from whom?

Obviously, existence itself is full of hidden aspects.

Existence itself is not interested in full revelation, or that would have happened a long long time ago.

Respecting this, one should try to develop oneself spiritually and help others who are interested.

Does it matter if you will continue to exist forever or not?

Does it matter if you can prove that or not?

It surely matters to you. It does not have to matter to anyone else because existence itself speaks loudly about not revealing what is transcendental to everyone.

Look at how many thousands of years humanity survived on this planet without electricity. It is the one thing which has changed the civilizations of humanity and still nature effectively hid the process of how to generate it for millions of years, even though it is such an easy process once you get to know about it.

Why did nature do this?

Nature itself is the reason why there is no clarity about survival after death. It is nature’s game to control the whole process and not to allow the players, you and me to interfere in any of it.

We are players but only when nature lets us loose consciously on the stage of life, otherwise it is all in nature’s hands. Nature itself causes us to remember and to forget, like puppets that dance this way and then that way and then become still and lifeless until the puppet masters pulls the strings again.

How great is this Nature!!

I agree with this statement 100%.  It appears that even during Astral Projection experiences one does not supposed to know all the ins and outs of things. During Astral Projection experiences understanding comes gradual, as if it was a process. During Near Death Experiences people will feel the encouragement that there is something more, that they are not alone. Secrets are not revealed, but instructions on how to live life are given or felt.  It then becomes a motivator to improve life. We appear to be in a process of becoming.
