Let's go back to the fact that before becoming a physical body, one has to have an astral body which will be used by nature as a blueprint for the physical form.

So the natural process is that nature is doing most of this but using the self as a sort of power supply and concept supply. Due to primeval arrogance, we are obsessed with what we can do, but if you check closely you will see that everything we want to do was already played out by nature.

I feel the question should be:

How is nature using radiation to produce everything, like solid matter?

We are coming into this existence consciously after the fact of nature's performance and productions, and whatever we do is really a cheap copy of the nature.
