Upon manifesting the universe, Prakrity already had the foundations for all possibilities that may be manifested within a paradigm. So electricity is elemental in terms of energy.

Before humans supposedly created electricity, it was already abundant, and visible all around. Thunders set fires and in a single hour, the amount of power from the sun that strikes the Earth is more than the entire world consumes in an year.

Creation and the Illusory sense (Maya) allow for the misidentifcation of the designer for the design.
