Naad Vision Development

The key to having visual perception in the naad zone which is part of the chit akash is to restrict the core-self vision energy in the naad zone and not let it get out of that spiritual territory.
How to do this?
First one has to establish the core-self in naad so that as soon as one sits to meditate, being in naad at the back of the head is automatic and requires no effort. It has become the norm due to months, or years even, of meditation in naad, constantly forcing the core self to leave aside the humbug theatre of the mind which displays images and sounds of this and of that memory and mundane sensual interest.
During this session, naad was on the left side near the center back but in the distance, far away like in a tunnel without reach. I was floating somewhere in the tunnel in the vibratory energy of naad. Then it shifted to the back center a bit. Usually for me naad is on the right side of the subtle head, the right side near the ear or a little back from the ear. This morning it was nowhere to be heard on the right side.
Naad is free to go where it desires or to manifest and bore through the psyche through any node it creates. My concern is to reach it wherever it is.
After about 15 minutes it shifted and was on the right side near the center back. I remained glued into it. Then I worked on the vision energy. I finally was able to objectify what I was doing to have sight perception in naad, which was to restrict the vision energy of the core self to the naad frequency zone and not to let it get away from that area under any circumstance.
This means a curtailment of all vision interest. It includes no use of the subtle eyes of the subtle body. There should be no use of the third eye which also is in the subtle body in the center of the forehead. There should be no use of the buddhi intellect orb for any reason, not for imagination, not for analysis, not for anything. That becomes like a blackout where you cannot do anything with it because of the abject darkness.
And there is one last effort which is the shutdown of the sense of identity vision interest. This is the part which takes caution. If this part is not completed, then the whole idea of vision in the naad sound is out.
At first when one attains this there is blankness where there is no vision. Then soon after as one is hearing naad there is a glow of white-gold light. This is just a glow, and then if one is not careful one loses this.
The secret to this is satisfaction and confidence in the yoga guru. In this case for me it is confidence in Sri Lahiri Baba’s instruction to just be satisfied with this little glow and not to hanker for anything else or to pursue anything else.
This is like when after an infant is fed from the breasts by its mother, then it is satisfied. The mother quietly puts it down in a crib thinking that maybe the little shit will remain quiet for a few hours, so that she can get something done. The little guy remains quiet because he feels satisfied. His mother has finally allowed him to take her nipples into his little hungry mouth. He got what he wanted. His mind has settled. He feels that the world has finally done what it should all along which was to provide him with satisfaction.
So with the instructions of the yoga-guru, this student is satisfied with just that little glow of light. In the background, the yoga guru says:
It is okay. You will do alright. Do not cry little infant. You will be nourished. Rest assured. That light is it. Whatever you need can develop from that. Do not go chasing anything anywhere else.
