Naad Up-Shoot

Today I had a special shoot-up of naad energy which occurred because of a breath infusion force rising up through the spine during the first fifteen minutes of the meditation session. The effect of this was that there was more stability. The energy which exudes towards the frontal part of the subtle head was stabilized and did not require any pulling back to keep it confined and to stop its outward course.
This state is the required state for bringing about supernatural and spiritual perceptions, definite penetration into the chit akash sky of consciousness.
This may not happen every day, because luck wavers but still its frequency should increase over time, if one has a steady practice to develop this.
This was the first morning in a while where I was not attending students, and this morning I realized some advancement. This goes to show that teaching yoga is a problem. One should not become hung up on teaching others, but should realize that teaching must be done only as a service to more advanced teachers and as something mandatory for those whom one was assigned as spiritual responsibilities and those who are spiritually connected to one even if they are not officially assigned.
Teaching for teaching sake, teaching for reasons of compassion, teaching for generating fame, all such interests in teaching are for foolish ascetics. Such teaching deters spiritual advancement in real terms.

Srila Yogeshwarananda did later in this meditation session gave a kriya which is a lattice work peeking at the cosmic ahamkara. One of the most difficult to attain accomplishments for yogi is to make continuous contact with the cosmic kundalini, cosmic buddhi or cosmic sense of identity. What happens is that during some meditations, suddenly there occurs a flash of very bright almost blinding white light which seems to come from outpace. It makes contact with the kundalini, or buddhi intellect or sense of identity, and then it disappears.
A yogi has to work to make contact with the level of existence where these lights emerge from. But that is like finding a planet in outer space which one is required to land on and not knowing where it is in the universe, One can go on looking for millions of years and never find such an object. Supernatural objects are very difficult to put one’s hand on to say the least.

Srila Yogeshwarananda sent a kriya method which I am not even sure I understand but which I used anyway. I cannot describe it in great detail because of being unfamiliar with it and because of its subtlety. What happens is that when one is in naad, and when the energy which exudes from the sense of identity is stabilized and is not coursing outward, one reaches a plane of consciousness which seems to have a lattice work access to the chit akash. One then gets some energy coming in from the cosmic reservoirs from the kundalini, buddhi intellect or sense of identity.
This makes the yogi feels relieved like when a man who is walking in a desert, finally reaches an oasis and can get a drink of water.

Chit akasha is off-limits to yogis who are materially focused and occupied even if such yogis meditate. One has to lift one's interest in the material world, in the sociology of the material world and in the sociology of the lower astral regions. Interest in these areas causes complete shutdown of supernatural contact.
Initially the loss of interest in the sociology of the unwanted regions takes time to develop. It does not go away overnight and the time it takes varies from yogi to yogi according to how dedicated one was to that sociology. Those who had a strong interest must struggle for a longer time to escape from being captives in material existence.
No one becomes liberated who is not serious about leaving that sociology because it takes the full power of the soul to accomplish this.
The story of Pingala which is told by Krishna to Uddhava explains this in great detail. Imagine that God himself told that story. If God cannot get someone out, if that person must itself develop the determination to get out and must turn away by itself with God's help and encouragement, then what can anyone else do?

And so, I guess it is up to the individual to act on the information given by Krishna, God Himself, or his bona fide representative such as yourself, it is as you said Sir, if God can't convince you to take up the practice then who the hell can.

Thanks oh most Blessed Sir, for trying your utmost to show us the path to eternal freedom, but now somehow or the other each individual must tread upon it, if not I guess it is tuff luck for them.

I think that it would be a wise move for individuals to
check out some of the books of His Divine Grace Srila Yogeshswarananda for in one of His books which I have read he describes in detail the nature of these Cosmic forces, cosmic intellect, cosmic kundalini, etc, etc, etc.
