Meditation on naad is first conducted by listing to naad in the head. There is actually no such thing as silence, at least not absolute silence. This is because there is vibration everywhere. Just to be somewhere, anywhere, means vibration and content-vibration of the conscious element, the single entity involved.

Naad sound is always there but one is not able to hear it at all times. In meditation one should try to reach naad as the free mantra which is resonating through everything everywhere and shedding a frequency vibration according to the level of consciousness one reaches it on.

Naad has a vibrational signature and also a visual signature which is seen in really advanced stages of meditation. Initially it is just a sound frequency. It is usually heard as a high pitched frequency. It may be predominant on the right side of the head or on the left side of it. Rarely is it evenly distributed through the head.

Naad could be a nuisance sound if one does not learn to appreciate it.

In meditation one should begin listening to naad while regarding it as a gentle sound. At first it will be difficult to pin-point it but if one persist for about 6 months for the least listening to it for at least about 15 minutes per day, one will develop an affinity for naad. It will then seem that it is nourishing on the existential level in which one makes contact with it.

After this one should begin to key into naad node(s). Rarely does it have more than one node. There were a few times over the years meditating when naad has two nodes. I have never in this present body experienced more than two nodes.

So what is a node of naad?

This is when the student perceives that naad is not a random sound and it is not evenly all-pervasive. It has these nodes or central areas from which it emanates. The student should try to go to these nodes, to enter these.

Is it possible to travel through a naad node and come out into another dimension?

Can one go through a naad node and return alive from such a place?

Where is the naad node located?

What is the shape of it?

Does the sound of naad at the node vortex different to the sound which spreads from the vortex outwards?

Will the naad resist entry so that the self can approach it to a certain distance and get no closer into it?
