Naad Sliver

Meditation after breath infusion this morning was highlighted by a whistle naad. Usually naad is a scattered ordered micro energy sound which is sprinkled evenly except for nodes which are sound vortexes which seem to be the origin point of the particular naad frequency.

This experience was different in that naad had a whistle sound like shrill train whistle. It was in the center back right outside the subtle head. It had a sliver like node. The regular naad nodes are vortex locations but this was like a sliver of lightning of a white yellow color.

I was able to gather some energy but Swami Hariharananda showed me some diagrams and that distracted my attention from focusing.
