Naad Kriya Practice.
Sir Paul did this years ago:
Instructions for the Kriya diagram:
1) Set up a time of day to do it, and do it every day at that time and keep some
kind of record of the experience.
2) Set aside a certain amount of time period to do it... like 20 min... or more.
3) Quiet the thoughts and relax the body and imagination.
4) Direct the attention towards the relaxation organ and from there look back
towards the naad.
5) Remain with the naad.

Relaxation Organ? I don't think I've noticed this component in any of the other diagrams in the books.

That is purely a discovery of Sir Paul.
An organ he discovered in his psyche.

Yes and I ve recently learned that this organ has other functions, but the primary one is like a switch, whereupon pushing it, the entire system of stress settle down in concert.

I'll be looking for it Paul.
I feel something that may be similar but it's more toward the upper back of the head.
Nice diagram!!

Some years ago Sir Paul produced this organ based on years of meditation practice. I had assigned him the task of finding and pinpointing the imagination orb (buddhi/analytical orb) but that attempt never paid off for him except to say that he found it by its activities and not as an organ in itself.
At least that is what I gathered from his research reports.
This morning, almost accidentally I found his relocation orb in the same position as in the diagram above and I am sorry to say this but it is the same imagination orb which I was asking him to pinpoint, describe and locate.
With an instruction left in my psyche by Sri Lahiri Mahasaya, I began to turn up the buddhi analytical orb. It moved up to the location where sir Paul has the relaxation orb except that it shot out rays through the top of the forehead and there the third eye configuration was located, which means that the third eye shifted upwards and remained at the same angle in reference to the analytical orb.
=================
So what does this mean for Sir Paul?
It means that he was unable to segregate the imagination orb from his core-self but all the same he was able to shift up the imagination orb into a zone which disabled its chittavritti self destructive psychotic operations. However if you read his notations about the illustration above you would note that there is an instruction to look back to the naad sound.
Instead of his core self going to naad directly, it seems that it feels compelled to go while in possession of, while in contact with, the buddhi analytical orb but with that orb in a higher mode of operation as the relocation orb, as having no cittavritti psychotic operations.
It would be interesting for Sir Paul to develop this kriya more so as to find a way where the core self can split off from the relocation orb, which is really the buddhi analytical orb. The core self should be able to go to naad directly leaving aside that orb.
This is a diagram about my experience of this orb:
