Naad Focus on Sensual Orbs

As I was putting the material body to rest last night I continued a naad meditation process which was explained to me by Lahiri Mahasaya. This is the one of moving naad into the frontal part of the head of the subtle body with one slight variation which is to focus on a particular sensual orb or at least particular sensual range.
What is that?
This means that at first in meditation, one should immediately adhere to naad in its most pronounced node. Node means a place in the naad vibration which seems to be its origin point or its place of maximum resonance. Usually naad is not evenly distributed. Usually there is one place or zone where it is the most pronounced, the loudest and having the most resonance.
Once you adhere to naad and that is the first step, then move forward with naad but if when you move forward naad stays put in the back of the subtle head and does not move with it, then you should return and adhere to naad, realizing that your connection with naad is not permanent.
If however when you move forward, naad moves with you with the same intensity, then you are safe and can move about anywhere in the psyche. Lahiri says one should move about with intention of saturating all other areas of the psyche with naad.
===================
In this practice, the material body was reclined. I moved naad into the space area of the tongue in order to saturate the tasting sense which predominantly operates in the tongue.
If the student cannot find the tasting orb in the subtle tongue, then the physical tongue can be rolled upwards and pushed backwards to the soft palate. This will give an identity ease so that the tongue will be felt as a coil of subtle energy. Then the student should move with naad into that coil of energy and remain there until falling asleep.
In event the student perceives the tasting orb, it may seem to be located in two places:
1. in the front center of the tongue: at the tip of it will be a small orb the size of a soybean seed.
2. Lengthwise, in the center of the tongue, there will be a flattish oval orb which will be about half inch in diameter. This will feel like a small pebble of a white and cream color.
The student should move the naad sound to these locations and let it resonate there.
Conquest of these sensual energy areas by naad will result in chit akash perception of whatever sense is predominated. This may not happen immediately. The student may have to meditate like this for days, weeks or even months to realize the perception.
