Naad as a companion

Naad sound is the perfect complement for the core-self in its lonely position and perspective in the psyche.
There are three other companions which are the sense of identity, the buddhi intellect organ and the kundalini shakti survival life force. Of these the core-self is closest to the sense of identity.
Due to this closeness the core-self is victimized by the buddhi intellect organ and the kundalini.
The core-self can escape from these individual and conjoint influences by adhering itself to the naad sound. Over time doing this meditation on naad, the core self feels separated away from the dominance of the buddhi intellect orb during meditation.
Usually the core-self is reliant on the buddhi intellect orb for entertainment and for breaking the boredom of an empty head/mind. This tendency for companionship is eternally present in the core–self because it is a limited self and requires existential support.
The sense of identity is the direct companion of the core-self no matter what. The core-self cannot eliminate this sense of identity nor can it separate itself from this.
On a careful study of the sense of identity, I found that it is totally hypnotized by the buddhi intellect orb which in turn is hypnotized by the kundalini life force psychic sensual energy.
These inter-related aspects should be studied carefully by the yogi through introspective meditation so that one can understand the power of these hypnotic relationships.
===================
The first step is to break the relationship between the core-self and the buddhi intellect orb. This is the first thing to do.
Why?
Because initially one cannot perceive the sense of identity as a separate faculty. Initially because of being one with the sense of identity, the core-self-will repeatedly mistake itself for itself and the sense-of-identity combined. This is like a mother and an infant. The mother cannot separate herself from the infant, If the infant cries, the mother becomes distressed automatically and she cannot understand really what is going on, as to how the crying of the infant causes her distress. So initially there is no separate sense of identity and it is fused with the core self as one self.
To objectify the sense of identity, the core-self has to get into a higher meditation which it cannot master initially. This is because even though the sense of identity is a separate object, it is a transcendental object. It surrounds the core self spherically on all side in every possible direction, the way a light is always surrounded by rays. Any movement of the core self's attention is picked up by and expressed through the sense of identity.
Initially one has to begin with the understanding that the problem is the buddhi intellect orb. With that one has to work to internalize the core self and keep it away from the intellect. When this is done, then one should try to unify the core-self with the naad sound, using the naad as a replacement for the buddhi intellect orb.
This results in the sense of identity becoming attached to the naad sound and abandoning its reliance on the intellect, which causes the intellect to become disempowered, losing its hypnotic glare.
