Muladhara Chakra Full-out Attack

Breath infusion practice this morning was in sequence with practice for this period with more emphasis on the lower part of the trunk of the subtle body. This was to work on the lumbar region, the sacral bony area, a complete attack on the muladhara chakra territory. This is not just the chakra in the traditional sense but that whole area where there is the circular bone ending with the coccyx area.

Usually this area is off-limits to yogis even to hatha yogis of the Nath sampradaya who are the best at attacking kundalini and getting it fully subdued.

After about five minutes of practice, Srila Yogeshwarananda came, looked and went away. I kept practicing. I have a feeling that he was checking to see if I was doing my lessons which at this time are to get the lower part of the subtle body completely cleaned out of all apana negative breath energy. In the subtle body this is the removal of dark heavy astral force, replacing it with clear light-weight astral energy which when infused enough flashes as light (as in sunlight).

The lumbar area is a pain in the neck. It is a hard to reach area but there are asanas which make it easy to attack it. Overall, only people who are doing hard core hatha yoga kriyas and kundalini yoga will take the time to do this. Others are not concerned. For one thing a human being does not like to get near the dirty anal area. In India a caste brahmin, if he is trained properly by his elders, will never handle the anal area except with his left hand, the hand used for profane acts. This is due to the fact that he is required to do worship ceremonies, pujas, and in that he has to reserve the right hand for touching Deity Forms and other sacred acts.

However in the high end of the hatha yoga process one has to be very concerned with the dirtiest most profane areas, because the condition of these have an effect on the status of the subtle body and on the outcome of one’s life when one must at last leave the physical body and become a wanderer on the astral planes.

At that time, after being evicted from the physical casing, the condition of any part of the subtle body which is not clarified, which is not uplifted, will have a negative effect. The yoga siddha body is a totally different matter. It concerns personal attainment achieved by taking help from advanced yogis and from deities.

One can either hope and pray that one will attain that form or a higher form, or one can work now to guarantee for oneself that form. It is up to the individual. Much of this is based on who you associate with. If you are with seekers who are in a religious discourse which says that God will give you a divine form, then there will be no impetus to strive for a yoga siddha form. It all hinges on the people you are with.

The attack on the sacral bone area, the circular area which is controlled by kundalini at its base chakra, was pretty successful with light (as in sunlight) flashing in that area and with all the dark energy which is usually there, gone, vanished, banished. Of course I will have to work on this for some months to make that condition permanent, since the usual situation is that whatever you do to remove negative energy is undone shortly thereafter and in the next session of practice you find that the area has resumed its previous undesirable behavior. Repeated attacks will change this over time but it takes time.

Srila Yogesh came back after about 20 minutes of practice and said that no one can help the student if he or she does not pass through the course of the lower level of higher yoga. The endeavor must be made, he said, One has to give it everything one has, all of one’s determination and attention. One has to withdraw one’s interest in everything else and focus on the objective as defined by the yoga guru.

He said this:

The perfected yogis are not sharing anything. You work for it. You get it. You do not work for it. You remain in the neophyte stage. Why work for something else and then try to dictate how you will progress and what you should achieve in yoga. Dedicate yourself fully to your upliftment and then you will get results.

Later in the session, I did some thigh stretches and pulled every bit of stale astral energy out of the thighs. This is a way to chase the ancestors away. It is a cruel act but a necessary act anyway. Unless the yogi wants to beget children, if he is aiming for a yoga siddha form, then he should not get involved in sexual intercourses either with the gross body or with the subtle body on the astral plane.

Should he not beget as many children as he engages in sexual intercourses?

How many intercourses should he have?

For a yoga siddha form sexual intercourse is out, and not as a deprivation, not as a restriction, not as a suppression but only because a yoga siddha body does not have that interest and capability. It has gender but no sexual polarity as such, no libido sexual drive, no anxiety to consummate sexuality.

The thighs are the big helpers of sexual drive. Thus if the yogi wants to get away from the world of sexual affairs then he has to change the attitude of the energy in the thighs. It does not matter what they say, who they worship, if the thigh has the power for a lusty charge of energy, then they will be involved on the level of sexual activities, even if they are sannyasis in the highest spiritual society of their choice.

Sure, their deity can change their body, but will the deity actually do that or is that just their philosophy?

A yogi takes no chances with this but will instead put all energy into the attainment.

When I completed the clean out of all the dark astral energy in the trunk of the subtle body, there was flickering of light in the lumbar region, in the back part of the body. The dirty buttocks area was all light energy. Srila Yogesh showed up and directed some infusion in the head of the subtle body. One method was to infuse the lower back part of the brain and the lower jaws.

A student showed up this morning. He did practice as I proceeded but I did not pay much attention to him. I was attentive to Yogesh on the subtle side. This particular student knows that I am doing my practice and he can tag along. I do shout out some instructions now and again if I am doing something internally that he cannot see.

The lower jaws are one area of the head that is neglected in meditation and so is the lower back part of the head where the neck is connected under the brain. People sit to meditate and they have no idea that they have a subtle body and that its condition should be of concern to them.

I used to be in a spiritual society, and in the ashram it was all about the cleanliness of the material body. The guru of the sect and the senior members would intimidate anyone who was not bathing in a certain way early in the morning and putting on special sacred body marking with clay from holy places in India. That was their idea of cleanliness: an externally-clean material body, marked with insignia which invoked memory of the deity, the teachers and information of the sect.

But for a yoga siddha form, all of that is so much of an unnecessary course. The interest is the internal status of the subtle body. As they are so eager to intimidate anyone who does not take a bath and does not do this and do that for cleanliness of the material body, so we are just as fanatic about the internal washing of the subtle body. For that we use air not water. We are not concerned if the material body is dirty on the outside

What about its internal condition of blood circulation with fresh oxygen?

What about its prompt evacuation of waste matter?

What about its distribution of hormone energy and its lack of storage of the same for sexual purposes?

What is the condition inside the subtle body?

Does it have dark heavy astral energy?

Can that be washed with water and marked with sacred clay?
