Muktananda sex energy dispersion kriya / female

This morning as soon as I began breath infusion practice, I became conscious of Swami Muktananda. He was saying this,
“Presence wasted. They should pay to travel. They could learn efficient sexual energy dispersal.”

This Swami was thinking that some persons should pay for me to travel so that they can learn the breath infusion process as far as it applies to celibacy in efficient sexual energy dispersal.
The problem here is that this Swami is now deceased and cannot help people on the physical side as much as he would like to. Most of his disciples do not have sufficient psychic perception to take instructs from him on the astral planes.
He left two persons to succeed him but only one is functioning and apparently, that person is not covering all the bases.
Becoming a lineage guru is a pain in the arse to say the least because of the extent of the responsibility and in some cases, it does not end when one leaves the body. One may have to take another body to complete the responsibilities. Disciples who are left behind after the guru is deceased, may not be able to attract other disciples or to complete the training of disciples who were introduced during the life of the main teacher.
No one in his right mind will desire to become a lineage guru, unless that person simply does not see the liabilities involved and the probability of failure to complete the mission in just one life.

While the Swami was musing on this, I continued the breath infusion practice in various postures. Recently I moved up my early morning practice to an earlier time, which is about 4 am. This is due to the lifting of a negative energy which prevailed for a time to delay the start of my practice to about one hour later.
Half way through the practice, the Swami made me assume a full lotus posture which he said he wanted me to teach to some of his students. This is crazy because I do not know his students. I have no intentions of meeting any of them. Usually people in these lineages already know everything and won’t hear anything from an outsider or a person who is not formally initiated and recognized in their group.
Anyway the least I could do is to publish information about the kriya and then persons who could use take the instruction.
Description of kriya:
This kriya is mainly for females who are practicing for reduction of sex desire. First the student has to use a pranayama method to infuse the trunk of the subtle body. Bhastrika, kapala bhati or anuloma-viloma may be used.
Once the student is confident that the trunk of the subtle body is full of light-weight pranic energy, the student should then work on the neck of the subtle body to be sure that breath energy is infused fully in the neck.
Once this is achieved, the student should adopt the full lotus posture. Then while doing breath infusion and focusing down in the inside groin area all the way to the middle bottom of the subtle trunk, the student should do a drop down action and move the subtle head down to the groin area.
If the student cannot do this, cannot cause the subtle head to drop down like that, then the student should repeat this attempt for as long as is necessary to achieve this.
The ability to do this is directly related to the efficient clearing of the all heavy astral energy in the flesh part of the neck.
When there is success where the student can drop the subtle head down into lower trunk of the subtle body, then the student should turn about there, so that the head is facing the back part of the subtle body.
Then again the student should rotate for the head to face the front part.
At this point the student should do breath infusion with focus on the center of the subtle head which is in the lower trunk of the subtle form. When this is done the student should perceive of one of these three things:
An empty middle space which has an off-white glow.
An inner passage leading to the front of the pubic area.
An entrance which appears to have two closed flaps with a slit like opening.
This practice is for females but males who do this practice successfully might be surprised to find that the male subtle body has a female configuration which is experienced through this kriya.
