Morning Report: Naad Slinging and Electric Daisy Carnival

Had a decent breath infusion this morning, earlier than usual.  Initially in meditation, I did not locate naad but instead a much higher overriding frequency similar to the sound effect of noise cancelling headphones.  Also immediately when I closed my eyes after sitting, I had two rapid flashes of white light from the top frontal portion of my mental space and this repeated again a few minutes later in meditation one time.  Felt like this was the result of a better breath infusion.

Was unable to focus for long periods of time due to the close proximity of the Electric Daisy Carnival at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.  Even though the location is 5 miles away, the intense sound of the bass from the event traveled into my location and I could feel it.  I can only imagine how disruptive it must be to the internal energies to be in attendance there.

I was just about to terminate the session but was inspired to keep going a little longer by the memory of others who have posted here.  I refocused on naad on the left side and then the right and started to mentally grab naad from both ears and 'sling it' to the frontal center of my focus.  As I did this, I could feel energy build with each mental pull (no physical action involved here).  I was then able to view a glowing golden light in the frontal cortex which increased in brilliance and then eventually started to fade and then I terminated the session.
