Morning Report: Hand of Universes

Sat down to meditate after a few days missing.  It went as usual with naad present immediately and little activity in the mental space of my head.  But after five or ten minutes, as the blood slowly withdrew from the legs as I sat in half-lotus position, activity started to manifest in the causal space.  At one point I had a flash visualization of a gigantic hand in space with five-finger like universes. The whole hand and wrist was permeated by universes and galaxies.  The rest of the body behind the hand was hidden.  The background behind the hand was more dark space and stars.  Then my attention naturally focused in on the top finger which was a circular universe with cloudy gassy formations and soon after it dissipated.

I also spent some time trying to find my identifying energy and found that it was most focused in the frontal face part of my body and towards the mouth, nose and eyes.  I then scrunched up my face and tried to dissipate that energy and withdraw it inwards.  Then I seemed to shift to the causal space in the heart area where I felt a direct connection between that and my mental space.

Seems that you are getting on to Inself Yoga.

I will see my lawyer about filling a lawsuit since I have a monopoly on this and no one should practice this without first paying a subscription before each meditation session.unlimitedsun 3 years ago
