By the way, am also doing a shorter practice in the afternoon.
Appetite has decreased dramatically, due to the prana infusion. There are 2 foods: physical food (Dal, fruits, veggies, etc), and Pranic food, if you increase the latter, the former decreases by its own weight. Blood pressure also. 10 lbs gone in 2 weeks. My regular diet is fruit and fruit juices, at noon Kichari (moong dal and brown rice) and greens (kolar, broccoli, watercress), then veggie juice (watercress mainly), and fruit at night, I don't crave anything else. I can use a t-shirt for days without getting a bad smell on it.
Breath Infusion: Did 50 minutes Bhastrika. First regular postures and infusion, leaving the goodies for the last 20 minutes, I mean those postures that raise the Kundalini. When I started them, the results were rapidly coming. You must be careful, I totally passed out for about 10 seconds, no time, no recording of anything, heat and tingling in the back of the head and the energy arose all the way to the Sahasrara once, another time at both ears very intense heat, also the face, in the head myriad little balls of light, 3 or 4 times.
Meditation: Waves of light bands, one after another, started coming from the core-self/pituitary, this lasted for several minutes. Then did Jyoti Mudra and got the brow chakra lights and meditated there for a while. All for about 20 minutes.
Dreams: Scatter bits and pieces, perhaps because I was trying to provoke an astral projection following certain exercises.

MiBeloved's Response:
The state of brahmananda is a mysterious state. Much was written about it.
When kundalini makes a full ascent to brahmarandra, one goes off into spiritual light which is brahmarandra and this is denoted by micro (super small) size balls of light, all compacted tightly together for miles and miles and miles in all directions.
It feels like you are a microscopic ice-crystal in an ocean of other ice-crystals, where you cannot determine where you begin or end.
When this happens in the kundalini yoga practice, the yogi loses contact with the material body and with the subtle body and even with the causal body. The yogi becomes aware of a sheer intense compacted golden-light energy in every direction. The yogi cannot tell distinctly where he begins or where he ends but feels this all-pervading consciousness in all directions.
This is the Brahman experience of the Upanishads and the Brahma Sutras. It is undifferentiated super consciousness, the Brahman level of existence.
After this experience, the yogi finds himself in the head of the subtle body in the default position of the core-self but with kundalini descending rapidly, like a snake quickly retracting itself into its hole in the ground. The yogi is then left with the memory of the experience.
When this experience is intense and when it last for say about 30 seconds or more, the yogi, once he returns to normal consciousness feels as if a pleasure energy is in the physical body. This will last for a short period of time and then things will go back to normal.
