Woke up at 5 AM.
Breath Infusion: Did one hour of Bhastrika pranayam in different postures. Tried again today the postures described by Michael recently. The practice was good, but still more concentration and willpower is needed when it extends to one hour as the mind tends to wander off.
Meditation: Followed immediately after last posture which I wanted it to be one of those described above since the results of these posture bring a powerful blast to the psyche. Pressed eyes and third eye opened and stayed open for a while, then effected Pratyahar toward the core-self and the back of the head.
Dreams: I was very tired and went to bed early and slept for 10 hours. Before going to bed I did some breath infusion to energize the gross body so that it does not vampirize energy from the subtle body. I wanted the night to be exploratory. I had several dreams, but can only recall 2 distinctly, the other sketchily. All 2 dreams remembered had a sexual overtone.
Dream 1: A beautiful female visible in the veranda of a highrise building engaged in a sexual fetish I have (secret for now) - I have been able to "conquer" this fetish at the physical level (where I have a vow of Brahmacharya), thus at the physical I even laugh when the situation occurs, and have enough ammunition to understand its astral causes, and how Kundalini had used it before. What is a sexual fetish? Roughly, a behavior that arouses the sexual thought without being directly connected to reproduction. For example, I have a friend that has a sexual fetish for women wearing high heel shoes. Kundalini could not care less, whether it is for reproduction or something that takes you to it. She will use it anyhow - but now the subtle body looked at the act (not good, you bum!), but then instead of lingering on it cut it short and entered a side door and left the scene behind (good, you bastard!).
Conclusions: There is some progress on this at the subtle body level, but it is not permanent and shaky.
I woke up around 2 AM, evacuated the body and engaged in one of the postures in "Meditation Pictorial" for recalling dreams laying on the back with the knees raised and the head tilted backwards with concentration on the third eye. Soon I was asleep.
Dream 2: I was with my wife and her sister at an art museum. We started a conversation with this nice guy. We toured the museum with him. It was all high culture, cultured people. When we exited, I put my arm around my wife's shoulders as we walked. Surprisingly to me, the guy at the other end did the same. I observed my wife and sister-in-law, and they seemed OK with it, being European and all, but I am a Caribbean savage, so right there I said: "immediately, categorically, take your arm off my wife". The guy did but was displeased. My wife and sister showed embarrassment. The guy disappeared. A while later as I was alone crossing a street he returned and showed me his arm with several scars, saying "these are war injuries", I answered "I am sorry buddy, still you are not allowed to do that again". End of dream.
Conclusions: I have extreme attachment to my wife whom I have known since we were teenagers. If providence were to strike suddenly, I would have a hard time in the Bardo with her. Let this serve me, and serve others as a warning of the temporarily of things on this material earth, what brings to mind the injunction of Sri Swami Shivananda about developing Vairagya when he stated: "We come naked and crying; we go naked and crying". So, can you blame anyone for wanting liberation from all this, once and for all? I don't.

So the Vikings had their sagas and in one the warriors went to Valhalla where they feasted and had orgies because of fighting to the death for their kinsmen. Every culture has trimmings of this, even today in America the government glorifies the fallen heroes who lose their lives in wars. The Muslim armies do the same.
But really what do you own someone who fights for his country, someone who gives his life so that you can live free, as they usually say.
Well you told the guy to go to hell when he felt that he was entitled to share in your wife.

Osama Bin Laden used to assure the suicide bombers that they would go to paradise and be with so many women who would be offering sex for pleasure, at least that is a rumor.
Is there any truth in this? Is there an astral place where some jihadists are held up where they are provided these astral luxuries? For sure on earth in some of the Arab countries such things are happening among the sheiks. And in the developed countries in places like Manhattan, this is happening in penthouses of the rich.

Jettins’ Reply: There are definitely places in the realms were women and man are offering sexual pleasures. But such places from what I've seen would not be pleasurable as an extended stay which is what could happen. The addicted psyche would blind the person from creating their own way out of the scenario, creating repetitive behavior in a loop that instead becomes the satisfaction of the body. Like a person addicted to hard substances, it is no longer pleasurable, instead they use it to "fix" things. This state of mind is not conducive to sustaining a "paradise", instead they would fall down to the dark back alleys of the lower realms sort of speak. This is well the whores dwell.

Jettins’ Reply: If one romanticizes things enough, one can get someone to do anything. Usually associated with a lower level in education or thinking in my opinion.
