Breath Infusion: Did 45-minutes Bhastrika pranayam. Carefully used posture in post and picture by MB last night which is designed for raising Kundalini. Understanding the dangers of it, I was careful but was able to confirm the powers of it as I almost passed out when I raised the head after the infusion.
Meditation: Third eye opened only partially and not fully like yesterday. Concentration, Pratyahar in the head, not good perhaps as I was pressed for time to get out of the house for a business meeting.
Dream: I found myself working in a previous plant I worked at from 1981 to 1989 in Miami. Next to me was an old friend from infancy (has not seen him in the flesh for over 30 years), after I greeted him and we spoke about our common fondness for my brother, I asked for work, but he said he could not help me. I finally decided to walk towards the back of the plant, to meet old acquaintances. My subtle body was supine, strong, well-fit as I was in my 40s. 2 people I found would not want to say hello due to previous frictions, as well as the Safety Person lady (my former profession there) who resented my presence, did not shake my hand and even pushed a shopping cart towards me. I understood I was not welcome there.
It seems the psyche is opening as I am able to recall dreams more easily, this the result of diet changes, Pranayam, and certain exercises in "Meditation Pictorial", that increase the energy available to the Subtle Body. However, spiritual/yogic work is needed because what the dreams tell me so far is that some trouble may be waiting for me if Providence were to suddenly strike.

Please keep neck straight. Head should not droop down. Chin is pulled back tight to throat. This chin pull is the main thing.
Do not for a second let the mind drift outside the body. In fact if you feel anything then as you go down to your knees keep eyes closed. If for a second your attention lifts to go outside of the psyche, then kundalini may strike and your body will fall to the ground.
Passing out?
That has to be described as to what state of consciousness you enter when this happens , if it is a blank nothing state, if it is a state with a certain type of energy.
Your dream was great. At least you are becoming aware of what your subtle body is interested in and also as to the resentments which are due to it from your old work place. I was glad to hear that the Meditation Pictorial book helped with this. Actually that was the idea behind the book to give assistance in bringing on subtle awareness especially of astral states.
