Morning Practice - 6/14/2012
Woke up at 3:45 AM (Brahma muhurta).
Breath infusion: Still experimenting a little, but mostly moving towards Kapalabhati. Today I did about 15 minutes Kapalabhati, 15 minutes Nadi Shodhana, then another 20 minutes Kapalabhati. As stated yesterday, I moved the Nadi Shodana so that Kapalabhati, which provides a greater infusion, is placed before the meditation. The instruction is to infuse prana at navel and below, to accumulate it at the pubic area, so that it sparks over to Muladhara and activates the Kundalini. Imitated, followed, some of MB's standing poses in Pranayam video (brick wall background). Indeed, certain unique poses start to insinuate themselves to me. This is great!
Meditation: There was great calmness inside the psyche's cave. The shortest breath (Udana air) insinuated in, I let it come into the nostril, bow at the pituitary, immolate itself at the fontanel.
