Well, well, well, look who’s doing great in the ratings? President Donald Trump’s least favorite cable network MSNBC. Last week, the left-leaning channel was the top news network in primetime all week for the first time ever. It especially dominated in the coveted 25-54 demographic, and amongst that crowd, Fox News was third for the entire week (it’s longest stretch there in 17 years). Turns out Fox’s recent tendency to ignore or distract from some of the biggest news stories of the day isn’t a very good strategy for a news network at all. Though, maybe we’re more interested in what Melania Trump is watching on cable news. Despite the internet seeming to think she hates her husband, a new Politico report suggests that she spends most of her days watching cable news and surfing through media reports about her husband’s administration and then reports them to the president at night. She’s also reportedly urging Trump to fire Sean Spicer. Turns out Mrs. Trump may have more power than anyone thought.
