Meeting Some Deceased People

During meditation this morning in an easy sitting posture, the astral body separated with objective awareness. It is really a progression when the astral body will separate with objectivity from a sitting position, especially if you are sitting on a hard surface and not on a spongy sofa or couch.
Usually if the body is not very comfortable, if it is on a hard surface, even if it is reclined, the probability of an objective astral projection experience is increased. For most people if the physical body is in comfort, the astral form will leave the physical one but with no objective awareness. If however you are properly rested, not sleepy, nor drowsy, not mentally or emotionally burnt out, it is likely that if you rest on a hard surface, your subtle body will astrally project and you will be aware of it.
By it, I mean aware of the subtle body, the astral form and the astral environment in which that form acts. I do not mean that during the experience, you will realize that you are astrally projected necessarily. You may or you may not.
Despite the hype about astral projection, about how you can control it, how you can cause it to happen at your will, how you will know that you are in one, still that is hype mostly.
What you should aim for is to have the astral body astrally project with your awareness, where at least when you become conscious of the physical system again, you recall the astral incidences and can determine then that you were in an astral projection.
You will never lift all of nature’s restrictions and nature’s hidden actions. Thus there is no point in aiming to achieve the impossible.
=============================
As I sat meditating, I found myself flashing in and out of objective physical awareness with a gap of nothingness here and there and then I found myself on a boat in astral water which was about 3 feet deep. I was the only one on the boat. I sat on the bow of it, facing forward.
As the boat moved it swayed to one side and then the other side. It was like a canoe with a square back. I never saw the back visually but I knew the shape of it anyway, because that is the power of that particular phase of the astral body which I used.
It could perceive visually without using astral eyes.
When I looked down into the water, it was crystal clear so I could see the bottom which was covered with moss. There were tuffs of water grass growing out of the water as well. Here and there were holes in the bottom of that sea. These caused whirlpools.
I was about to consider where the water which disappeared in those whirlpools went and then suddenly there was darkness all around except for where I looked and except for about 3 feet on either side of the boat.
I saw ahead of me as the boat swerved, a forest rising out of that water. Seeing that the boat might collide with one of those trees in the dense forest, I thought of turning around to see the steering mechanism of the boat. I could not turn about but the boat swerve to match my thinking.
I then realized that the boat was steering according to my thinking.
Then this place just disappeared and I found myself in South America with my deceased father.
He was with about 20 men who were all deceased and who were considering what would happen to them next.
Having no firm idea of reincarnation, they hung out together in a parallel dimension in South America, waiting for who knows what.
They wanted to talk to me because my father told them that I knew about reincarnation and wrote many books about it. I did not say a word because they were reluctant to ask about it.
The only thing they wanted to know was what they should do so that they do not come to any grief or pain and so that they would continue to exist happily from then onwards.
I told them that the best way to do that was to always consider responsibility and take care of it, never neglecting it.
After that I left that place and returned instantly to my physical body.
