Meditation without Pranayama

I did an experiment this morning to check again on meditation without doing breath infusion immediately prior. My conclusion again is that one should do breath infusion before morning meditation and one will get a much better session. During this session which I did for 15 minutes as soon as I awoke on the physical side, there was naad sound but it did not have that deep attractive quality to it that it has after doing breath infusion. There were no thoughts in the frontal part of the subtle head and that is good sign of advancement but still the energy was not as attractive and did not have an extra-dimensional pull as it does when meditating after breath infusion.

Pranayama is not a waste of time. Do it if you can just before meditation. If you are not seeing a difference, then it means that you are not doing it correctly, and your subtle body is not being infused by the fresh energy. If a man drinks one quart of whiskey, and there is no change in his mood then something is definitely wrong. The whiskey has an unprejudiced influence which affects any human body which digests it. So if the subtle body is really infused with fresh pranic energy, then the meditation has to be better, because the subtle body will have shifted to a higher plane.
