I started reading the Meditation Pictorial book today July 16, 2012. Focusing on the back of the head as instructed should be interesting. How to clear the mind of thoughts is of particular interest to me. As i read chapter 1 and 2 my head started to become dizzy and my forehead felt well pronounced, I think unconsciously i was doing some of the exercise I suppose. There must have been energy movements around there somehow as I was reading. My internal mind was particularly quiet and well focused in the meaning of the words. I think I am going to like this approach. I will use this meditation strategy starting tonight as part of my program.

It's been about 8 or 9 days since I started doing the beginner pranayama and asanas for kundalini arousal. Today I switched into a more intense version of kundalini training because my body felt it was growing pass the initial basic training. I have to say the new one gave me an incredible energy boast all day I was nearly bouncing of the walls. The meditation was good in the sense that I felt I went deep into my mind, with my thoughts. I spoke to myself and I spoke back to me, it felt natural.
I tried to do the techniques from meditation pictorial but i was having difficulty focusing the areas properly. So instead I kept my awareness in the back of the head so that I can start getting more used to it slowly. I felt like ants where moving in the back of my head. I also moved the ants to the top and the sides of the head. I then focused on letting of on every exhale. This is my favorite thing to do because I can imagine the separation of the subtle body because I remember how it feels when it actually happens. It's stimulating to me because it actually feels like a tiny wave is moving through my body on every exhale.

Sorry my English too bad, so i post here some reviews about my practices : Third eye focus first time , there are 35 stages of this meditation so I did it to stage 14 then repeat it again and again (from stage 1 - 14) until everything happens mentally without physical reaction ( like writer expect ) It’s very impressive when writer mentioned about these back areas of the head that we all forget, the direction of eye focus go inside, the Self-Core ( I never heard about this word before and believe it is creative word of writer ), everything front-behind, upside down, very impressive. During the practice, sometimes my eyebrows was wrinkle automatically, no hurting, after the practice I feel silent, being like a watcher . ---> For 1 week practice, i started remember some dreams. Someone started talking to me about Jesus and Yoga ( I haven't read about that yet but i've heard the subject already) then some dreams about dancing, laughing, rhymes with meditation. The last night dream was worst when it's shown me the repression emotions, something unfinished with my first love when i was in high school 6 years ago.

Jettins: I spoke to myself and I spoke back to me.
MiBeloved's Response:
Please keep track of the locations of these selves in the self. Ultimately you will distinguish between these selves and find the core-self and the various psychic adjuncts which are mirrored selves. Which self is the actual self among those mirrored selves?
So this inSelf yoga concerns that investigation. Practice that chapter one from the Meditation Pictorial with great care and take much time to do it. It takes years to master that practice.

Regarding 1-14 of chapter one of Meditation Pictorial, make sure that you identify the optic channels. This is vital. If you can get that done, then you can move in meditation, otherwise you will move on with a haphazard understanding.
So why is that vital?
Because you cannot understand what the core-self is until you can distinguish it from the psychic adjuncts and those optic channels are part of the process of doing this.
As the optic channels are traced from the eyeballs inwards, they meet at a point and you need to know where that point is.

Thanks Michael, these are the sort of investigations that are up to challenge. I would like to print that chapter to have them available to study. I think I know what these sort of discoveries require, serious mind setting. I think it would be marvelous to attempt to do this process while in the astral dimensions. To change the subtle form in such a way as to experience only the core self.
There is one little part from chapter 3, that I would like to quote from the book.
"If one realizes how one leaves and re-enters the gross body nightly during sleep or rest, one can better master oneself in the hereafter and avoid days, weeks or months of mental confusion"
As harsh as that might sound to those that think the "angels" wouldn't let this happen. I've seen this kind of panic with my own astral eyes.

Anything from any of my books which is made available on the Web might pose a problem unless it is just a small part. This is because Amazon.com is involved in printing and issuing ebook editions through their Create Space and Kindle systems.
As it is if they discover or if someone informs them about the book or part of it being available, they might pull the book off of their site. Please keep this in mind. Business is business if you know what I mean. See the picture below which has circled one of the ways people inform Amazon if a book or part of it is available for free or for a price which is cheaper than what they offer on the web
After being informed, they send a dirty little email to the author informing him that they shit-canned his book:

Yes, I can print the parts of it using the kindle for PC reader software.
Thanks.
