Meditation Failure / Negative Astral Association

Breath Infusion practice this morning was thorough but due to disturbances in the astral world during the night, the practice was lacking something. However one cannot expect to have a perfect practice at every session because there are negative associations which are imposed by providence where one has to deal with certain non-yogic associations.

During the practice, the trunk of the subtle body was cleared of stale energy. I was able to work on the thighs and legs. After this I began working on the neck and head of the subtle body.

There was a breath infusion rush of pixel bliss energy through the neck and into the head under the ears. This area under the ears is a hard-to-reach area. Usually infused energy will rush to the third eye or the brahmananda crown chakra or somewhere else in the head but not under the ear, not to the lower jaws.

These hard-to-reach areas need to be cleared of stale energy as well. It is relief when a yogi can do this. In every learning process, even when I was a school kid, there were always parts of a course which I could not get my finger on. I would have to take help from a teacher or a more advanced student. Like this, in yoga, there will be some parts of the practice which will take special attention. There are those easy-to-achieve sections, and these give encouragement and a sense of accomplishment but that is not the whole practice.

====================

After the infusion when I sat to meditate, I worked at first on adhering to naad sound. There were some slight thought disturbances which came because of the undesirable astral associations during the night. However I was able to adhere to naad and let those disturbances go. They were like mosquitoes buzzing and biting now and again.

After about 40 minutes, there was light at the third eye. Once, then twice. This was like a cloud which was lit by moonlight and which slowly passed by.

====================

I forgot to mention that during the breath infusion session, during the last part of it, I focused on the frontal part of the brain. At first I pressed in on the tightly-shut eyelids. Then I pressed in a little and did the breath infusion focusing there. When this is done one should see a shimmering gold or gold green color either in a random shape or in a circular or doughnut shape. I then released the pressure on the eyes, no longer focused on the shape but focused on the whole frontal area of the subtle brain. This is the area which is the main problem when meditating because here is where images, ideas and the like appear to form distractions. I did the breath infusion there to remove some energy which was lodged there for causing disturbances which I picked up from the undesirable astral associations during the night.

unlimitedsun’s query:

How is breath infusion done to different parts that are not involved in the breathing process?

When your attention has switched over to the subtle body, then it becomes possible to have the breath infusion in just about any part of the subtle body.
