During my meditation this morning, my subtle eyes were viewing everything through a completely bright yellow vision like sunlight. I could see neon green and illuminated blue colors merged underneath the yellow background, which seemed to create a ripple effect over the green and blue portions. Like signal waves on a heart monitor refreshing the picture. I tried my best to re create the vision below.

Perhaps this entry should be in the kundalini - tai chi category. Meditation means just meditation and its results. If you are doing tai chi or kundalini exercises, then that is not meditation until you stop and sit to meditate. Also this section is for astral projection which means that you are having experiences when the subtle body is separated out of or dis-synchronized from the gross body. Anyway in Tai Chi there is an effort to get in harmony with and also to harmonize the energy outside with the energy inside the body and visa versa. So for tai chi practice that is the objective. In terms of that, that experience is right on. But I wanted to bring to your attention that in kundalini practice there is a right hand and a left hand path. This is sometimes regarded in India as a white and black path. In the left hand path, a person is concerned with externalizing kundalini and in manipulating family-clan kundalini, national kundalini and global kundalini. My practice which was handed down by Harbhajan Singh Mahayogin, is the right hand path which is concerned only with one's individual kundalini consignment and getting that concentrated and refined so that the subtle body increases in frequency and is able to fly beyond this gross existence. See the diagrams below. The first concerns tai chi practice to work with the external energy and the internal energy. That is an out kundalini practice for harmony. It is different to both kundalini objectives. Then see the second diagram which concerns the right hand kundalini practice which is concerned with the individual consignment of kundalini. Kundalini is handed out by the Mahapurusha, the Cosmic Deity, when these set of spirits are first aware of themselves in a material cosmos. So he gives out or assigns each person a kundalini, just like how the government hands out birth certificates with a name and number. So the right hand kundalini practice is concerned with that individual consignment and nothing else. It can be said that it is a selfish practice. See these diagrams

Dean's comment:
Sorry, Michael. I should have been more clear. I performed the kundalini exercises first and immediately after the final posture, I sat down in the same location to meditate.

So the immediate effects of doing the exercises are still in the territory of the exercises, being based on the high charge of the pranayama infusement. It takes about 10 or even 15 minutes for those effects to convert into the meditation practice. So technically speaking that is still part of the kundalini practice. The reason to clarify this is so others know that they might not get those results unless they first surcharge the system. After years of doing the exercises for years, one's subtle body clears up and the infusement does not do as much anymore because the system remains charged more or less, and then the meditation changes in nature too and there is less reliance on the kundalini practice surcharge. To see if the kundalini practice is the cause of the experience, try meditating without doing it first and then you will be able to see what you should accredit to the pranayama practice.
