Master Class: Unifying the Mind with an Object

This talk addresses using the breath as the focus in meditation, but I think it could easily apply to naad meditation. I think anyone who meditates will find something useful here, whether it be definition of terms or subtle meditation techniques. I would advise to just listen with an open mind. 

I found his definition of samadhi to be clarifying. There is mention of the obstacles to meditation which are similar but not identical to the 5 given by Patanjali. 

Im just putting this out there with the idea that  one or several things mentioned can take someone to the next level in meditation.

I’ll be listening a second time because there were several things I’ve been working on that I need to develop more. The technique is simple and straight forward, as with naad, but this is a master class on perfecting it.
