Male Yogi doing Female Practice

I got up just after 4am. I was with some people who were staying in an ashram in Scandinavia. This was an ashram of Swami Muktananda who is now deceased and who many people doubt was a worthy yoga guru. At the ashram, a lady arrived who used a Scandinavian body and there were some other ladies there who were all of Scandinavian descent. This was on the astral world side of the ashram. He must have an ashram or even more than one in the Scandinavian countries, like Sweden, Finland and Norway.
At the ashram in the astral I did not see the Swami. I spoke to three of the Scandinavian ladies. One had just arrived at the ashram and I gave her instructions on how to stay there and in which room she would be domiciled.
Soon after that I rose to do exercises, and then Swami Muktananda showed up with the same lady who I had instructed at the ashram after she arrived there. It was then that I realized that it was his ashram. Now I was on the physical side with astral perception. The swami and the lady were on the astral side only.
As I was doing postures he was showing her what was happening in the subtle body, where the infused energy was going and what it was doing in the subtle body. The lady was struck with wonder expressing that she had no idea that yoga was anything but a physical practice.
He had me show her a yoni clean out exercise which is done by yoginis (female yogis). Yoni is a Sanskrit word for female genital organ. In this exercise, the person focuses on the genital organ on the subtle side of existence (in the subtle body) and works with breath infusion to remove the lusty attitude of the organ. This involves moving the energy which is usually sheltered in the organ and changing that energy into a higher infused force.
The genital organ is naturally the chief servant of the mode of passion but it can be reformed from that and can be made to serve the mode of goodness and clarity. However that change occurs only under the pressure of yoga kriyas.
Even though my body is a male body, I can sometimes assume postures which are just for female yogis. This is because even the male bodies were adapted from the forms of both male and female deities in the beginning of time, and so the potential for these bodies is that they can go in either direction as male or female.
For that matter these bodies have more female potential than they have male, so assumption of postures which are particular to the female form is easy. The lady was wonder struck when she saw what the breath infusion was doing in the subtle body. She never imagined anything like that even though she did yoga in her physical form for many years and had perfected many of the asana postures.
Now she knows that yoga is not really a practice for physical health and beauty. A question may arise as to whether this person would remember that astral encounter when she returns to the physical side after that astral projection. The answer:
Who knows?
Who cares?
It is the Swami’s disciple. So that is his worry.
After I did all the infusion having to do with the trunk of the body, I switched to finalize the practice with infusion of the analytical orb. The Swami wanted the lady to take note of that. Since the orb is so subtle even to subtle perception in the subtle body, the lady could not see what the infusion was doing as she did with the infusion in the trunk of the body.
The Swami explained what I was doing to the orb. Then because the lady had some doubts about his practice as compared to mine, he said this, “Yes, no one sees me doing these practices. I mastered these in my youth; I do not need to do these practices now. Do not worry about my practice. Just focus on what you need to do at this stage. You cannot always do what a guru does, because you might be at another stage. I brought you to him, Madhva* because he is at a stage of practice right now which you can learn something from. Each yogi is at a different stage of progression and one learns best from the one who is using the method which would cause one to progress the most.”
After that the Swami went away and the lady too, she left with a look of wonder.
*I took the name Madhvacharya when I was in the Hare Krishna Society. Subsequently some Indians, called me Madhva for short.
