Breath infusion this morning was great. I worked on the trunk of the subtle body, disregarding raising the energy into the head of it. This practice however is not recommended for most students. Most should work daily to raise kundalini up the spine.
I am describing an advanced process. It is of interest for the future for those who are not as advanced to practice it. Take note of it and include it in future practice. I won’t be here to explain it in this way later, so this record has value because of that.
History moves on and it does not care if you can reach someone in another dimension. This has made it necessary to leave notes, books, essays and the like for posterity.
I worked on infusing energy into the central spinal passage of the subtle body, sushumna nadi. But in this practice it is done in the opposite way which is from the neck down to the base of the spine. This is reverse to the standard way which is from the base of the spine into the neck and brain.
In this practice the yogi has to look down into the spine from the neck and when looking he has to see a spinal passage which is completely cleared so that there is no energy anywhere in it, like looking through a clean cylinder. As soon as the yogi sees this cleared spine with no kundalini in it and no other type of energy in it, then he does the breath infusion pushing air in through the neck down and pulling the air up through it. This causes an infusion into the spine.
Because there is no lusty charge to the energy, it does not act in the same way as it used to before. The energy builds up but without a lusty charge. It then gets more and more intense and then the energy flashes through the nadis which come off the spine. It does so in the reverse which is from the spine upwards in spikes.
The normal system is that the nadis come off the spine and go out mostly downwards like the nerves in the physical body but in this system the channels flip upwards.
When the subtle body of a yogi is fully reformed from the creature existence scene, then the downward tendencies in the subtle body are reversed. Then the substances both gross and subtle in the body get an upward draft applied to them which is the converse of the natural downward pull of gravity.
During this practice the infused energy radiated up through the shoulders. It felt like hot frosty micro crystals shimmering and coming in waves, one after the other.
This is all part of a yogi changing the subtle body so that it can become a yoga siddha form. You can do this while you have a physical body or after you lose the physical body and is left out in the astral world with no way to wake up on this side.
